About the challenge
As Account Manager at Lamudi you are at the true core of our operations. Our goal is for every client to work with Lamudi over her/his entire professional real estate lifetime - and you shall make sure it will be this way by providing the best level of customer service.
Your mission is to ensure that Lamudi clients stay Lamudi clients for their entire time as a professional in real estate.
Your key responsibility is:
- Client onboarding and training in the usage of the website (through phone)
- Assisting in the (re-)collection / updating of clients' property listings • Montly touchpoint / call with each client to ensure top customer service level
- Ensuring all client concerns & complaints are addressed and ideally solved within 24 hours of the complaint
- Ensuring up to date payments of all clients
- Administration of all activities + results in Salesforce & other trackers
