The job of VP of Operations at Lamudi is the opportunity of a lifetime. You work alongside the founders of a fast-growing start-up, and you will get real responsibilities from day 1. Our business is growing double digits per month, and is well on its way to become one of the largest startups in Indonesia.
Property developers are the backbone of the world's 4th largest populated country, Indonesia. With a fast growing middle-class, there's a big shortage of homes. Our clients aim to fill that gap in the market, building hundreds of thousands of property units per year. Sales of these homes is traditionally done through property agents, whereas consumers more and more move to look for properties online. Lamudi offers developers tools to maximize their results from online.
Your mission is to ensure every property developer in Indonesia works with Lamudi for all their digital marketing needs. We do this on a base of mutual benefit. Serving as a digital marketing consultant to our clients and making them succeed will result in our business growing. We are highly client oriented and tailor our products to the needs of each client.
As VP of Operations you will be tasked with the overall growth of the company, which requires a strong commercial mind, combined with great execution skills and leadership charisma. You are a builder with analytical skills. In this role you will get a high level as well as on the ground understanding of what it means to be an entrepreneur.
Your key responsibilities are:
- Hiring, developing, managing and retaining a AAA team across multiple functions; sales, marketing and operations. Indicative number of employees under management by VP of Operations: 40+ pax
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients
- Defining of operational KPI’s as well as operative monitoring and reporting
- Initializing/suggesting new sources of revenues including business model analysis
- Leading scaling of digital and large scale offline marketing efforts including events
