About the challenge
As Lamudi's Head of Operations (m/f) your key responsibility is to design, manage and improve all operational processes across departments with a focus on website listings uploading and quality control, customer service and Business Intelligence.
Your mission is to ensure that Lamudi's internal operations perfectly support our goal of becoming the go-to-marketplace for real estate.
Your key responsibilities:
- Data management team
- Uploading + Quality control teams• Customer service + lead screening processes
- Design + execution of optimal processes across all operations teams
- Defining of operational KPI’s as well as operative monitoring and reporting
- Hiring, developing, managing and retaining a AAA team
