The mission of this role is to ensure every broker in the country works with Lamudi for lead generation.
As Sales Performance Manager, you are part of the key to Lamudi's growth - where growth is defined by the following criteria:
- Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
- Setting goals for performance and deadlines
- Coaching, counseling and disciplining staffs
