About the challenge
The mission of this role is to ensure every broker in the country works with Lamudi for lead generation.

As Sales Performance Manager, you are part of the key to Lamudi's growth - where growth is defined by the following criteria:

  • Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
  • Setting goals for performance and deadlines
  • Coaching, counseling and disciplining staffs
  • Calling difficult clients that their one downs cannot close.
  • Conducting needed training for his/her team improve
  • Implementing and enforcing processes and procedures
  • Increasing revenues through an increasing # of clients but
  • Equally by increasing the # of properties offered to people searching for their new dream home
  • With the help of Lamudi tools and by following our crystal clear processes you will become a superstar in signing new 
Who we are looking for
  • Ideally 3+ years experience in as a Team Lead, Supervisor or Manager preferably in a BPO or callcenter environment.
  • Very strong communicator both in written and verbal skills
  • Excellent at building + maintaining relationships
  • Very strong sales & negotiation skills
  • Speaks very well particularly over the phone
  • Works with a high level of energy
  • Well organized & structured working style
  • Team Player
  • Fluency in spoken & written English
