About the challenge
Lamudi, the leading real estate platform is on the hunt for a strong sales manager who will be the Operations Manager (Sales) of the company. If you are hired you will receive uncapped commissions that is based on the broker business performance.

The mission of this role is to ensure each and every agent/broker in the country works with Lamudi!

As Operations Manager (Sales), you are a major driver of Lamudi's growth for both # of clients and revenue generated.

This involves managing a team of 20+ individuals (which is growing month on month), and organizing the workflow to ensure that employees reach their individual targets and understand their duties & delegated tasks.

Lamudi is growing at full speed and so is this role. It currently involves but is not limited to:

  • Managing, coaching and motivating a team
  • Setting goals for performance and deadlines
  • Conducting data-driven feedback sessions with team members
  • Closing difficult clients that their one downs cannot close
  • Conducting needed training for his/her team to improve
  • Strictly implementing and enforcing processes and procedures, as well as proper use of tools
  • Increasing revenues and # of clients of the company
  • Issuing corrective verbal or written action based on performance
  • With the help of Lamudi’s tool and processes which are unique in the industry, you will become a superstar in signing new broker clients.
Who we are looking for
  • Ideally 3+ years’ experience in as a Team Manager, Lead or Supervisor, with a proven track-record of excellence in both results and management of team
  • Works with a high level of energy and passion
  • An appetite for excellence and growth
  • Very strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent organization and monitoring skills, structured management style
  • Very comfortable with handling data sets and giving data-based feedback
  • Very strong sales & negotiation skills
  • Team Player
  • Fluency in spoken & written English
  • Comfortable working in a multi-cultural and very fast-paced environment
  • Most importantly, the willingness to learn and take your career to the next level
