The mission of this role is to ensure each and every agent/broker in the country works with Lamudi.
We are looking for a leader with great presentation and relationship skills. You will focus on developing programs, processes, tools and skill development plans that will equip our sales team with the ability to close deals for new clients and provide solutions for current clients.
What you’ll be doing:
Training in front of small and large audiences of current and prospective clients
Relationship management for key clients
Managing, coaching and motivating a team
Setting goals for performance and deadlines
Conducting data-driven feedback sessions with team members
Closing difficult clients that their one downs cannot close
Conducting needed training for his/her team to improve
Strictly implementing and enforcing processes and procedures, as well as proper use of tools
Increasing revenues and # of clients of the company
Issuing corrective verbal or written action based on performance
Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
