For this, we need to organize events to raise awareness and understanding of how our partners can improve their business. These we do through both educative and commercial events. Not only that, but you are also responsible for managing and engaging with Lamudi’s online & offline community to strengthen Lamudi's brand. Your mission is to ensure that Lamudi builds on a community that supports our brand, using creative and consistent social media content as your means.
Your key responsibilities are:
Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of all events in Jabodetabek and across in Indonesia
Own the marketing strategy that ensures all your offline events are a great success in terms of the number of attendants
Develop and monitor budgets to ensure expenses are kept within established boundaries
Oversight of the Events Team and carry full responsibility for the events. You lead by example, taking part in the execution and thrive in this.
Ability to work with external parties for example for speaking arrangements & negotiation
Negotiate contracts and evaluate options with a variety of vendors for events and arrange for all related services with vendors, such as catering, hotels, audio-visual needs, buses, signage, entertainment, etc.
Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
Plan social media content and maintain the content calendar ensuring it is regular, relevant, and engaging.
Engage with fans and followers to build relationships with the community and encourage engagement.
Weekly report on social media engagements within the community.
Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of experience in events, social media, or marketing
A self-starter is a must
Proven experience in event management
Experience with managing social media
Experience managing a team is not required, but a definite plus
Self-driven, results-oriented with a clear focus on high-quality output, solve problems and can work under pressure.
Strong time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and delegate a variety of work in parallel, manage and communicate changing priorities through project timelines to meet deadlines
Excellent attention to detail, particularly in event execution
Proactive project management ability with budget responsibility
Willingness to travel across Jabodetabek and possibly Indonesia, for example for event roadshow
