As part of the HR and Admin team, you are contributing and making sure that everyone feels comfortable in the daily business and that the essentials needs are meet.
Your mission is to ensure that the office and administrative part of HR are organized and well managed.
Your key responsibilities are:
You support HR development activities
You will take care of our HRIS System and employee 201 files
You will support all recruiting matters such as writing job descriptions, posting ads to different job portals, sourcing candidates, arranging interview schedules, attending job fairs, etc.
You will do reference checks for onboarding employees
You will coordinate leave and time schedule updates and timekeeping for payroll
Knowledgeable with Occupational Safety and Health policies and other labor related compliances
You help to manage day-to-day responsibilities in our office, including facilities and administration
2+ year experience in a related field
Very strong communicator both in written and verbal skills
Attention to detail
High level of integrity and trustworthiness
Well-organized and structured working style
